Now that our website has launched, we want to show you around! In this post we’ll be going over the features of the site and how to use it.

Navigation
The navigation makes using the site easy.
On the top you will find the login/register links, contact details and links, social media links, and the cart. Also here you can search for products.
Below the navigation menu give quick access to the 6 main areas of the site:
1 Home Page
The first page you’ll first land at is the home page, where you’ll find all the basic information what you need for start.
2 Store
This is where you’ll find every single item that we sell. There are a lot of items, so fortunately we have some filters and categories to help you search faster. Of course, the quickest way to find what you want is by using the search bar, where you can search by product name, fitting or even the item number if you have our catalogue. We cover the store in more detail in our next post.
3 About Us
Here is where you will find information about us, our mission statement and our goals. We think It’s nice for you to know a little something about a company that you do business with.
4 News
The news page is where we publish our weekly blog posts, covering topics like: Offers and promotions, New products, and Information regarding LED technology. Here is where you can also sign up to our Newsletter, where you can receive emails about our latest news, special offers and savings.
5 Contact
Whilst we provide FAQ’s and as much information as we can on our site, there are times when you just need a more personal response. You can send us a message here by filling in the message form or sending by us an email. Although most messages will be responded to a lot sooner, we do aim to respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours Mon – Fri.
6 Support
This is where to find our FAQ’s that cover technical issues such as how to install T8 LED tubes or how to deal with flickering issues. They will also cover our returns and exchange procedures so you know what to do in the event of an issue. There are only a few FAQ’s available here at the moment but we will be updating them every week with more, so be sure to keep checking back.
Extras
At the top of the site you’ll find our social media icons that link to our Facebook, Google plus, Twitter and Youtube sites. In the top right, you’ll find the login/register link where you can register or sign into an existing one. Below that, is the shopping cart which we’ll go over in more detail in part 3 of the quick guides.
